Account Deletion

To request the deletion of your Mirtilu account and all associated personal data, send an email to the address below with the subject "Account Deletion".

Required Information

So that we can locate and process the deletion of your account, please include in the email your Mirtilu username and the email address registered to your account.

What Will Be Deleted

Once we confirm the request, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers: profile data (name, photo, biography), all messages sent in chat rooms and private conversations, posts and comments published in communities, transaction history, Mirtis balance (virtual currency), and virtual items from your inventory.

Timeframe

The deletion will be processed within up to 30 (thirty) days after the request is confirmed. Anonymized and aggregated data, as well as data whose retention is required by legal obligation, may be maintained as described in our Privacy Policy.

Irreversibility

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once processed, it will not be possible to recover the account, published content, Mirtis balance, virtual items, or any other associated data. Active subscriptions must be canceled directly through the Google Play Store before requesting deletion.
